Five Below is seeking a Store Manager on Duty in Florida to lead daily store operations and supervise crew. You will train staff on the B.E.S.T. customer service program, ensure quick, friendly checkout, and oversee stock, scheduling, and guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Wows customers through personal contact.
• Trains crew on B.E.S.T. customer service for fast, friendly checkout.
• Oversees daily activities of store associates to ensure duties are performed and customer service is excellent.
• Assists with receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock for quick shelf placement.
• Acts as Manager on Duty, taking responsibility for store operations, staff, and urgent issues.
• Manages opening/closing of the store, cash handling, doors, alarms, and daily operations.
• Supports onboarding and ongoing training of associates on store policies and procedures.
• Drives store sales and controls expenses through merchandising and staff performance.
• Partners with store leadership on merchandising and procedures.
• Performs store maintenance including trash removal, sweeping, bathroom cleaning, and stock room upkeep.
