Job summary

Five Below Inc. is hiring for an hourly crew supervisor role focused on delivering an exceptional customer experience in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities include training crew, managing daily store activities, and assisting with stock, opening/closing procedures, and safety compliance. The role requires strong communication, multi-tasking, and the ability to work flexible hours.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Creative thinking.
• Ability to maintain composure under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Wowing the Customer through personal contact with customers.
• Train the crew on the BEST customer service experience; ensuring fast, friendly checkout.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates and ensure quality customer service.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock for quick placement on sales floor.
• Act as Manager on Duty when needed, handling store operations and staff management.
• Manage opening/closing procedures, cash handling, alarms, and daily setup.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates on store policies and product knowledge.
• Drive store sales and control expenses by optimizing merchandising and service.
• Partner with store leadership on merchandising and World Recovery processes.
• Perform store maintenance including cleaning, stock room, and bathrooms.
