Responsibilities

• Wowing customers through personal contact and friendly service.
• Train crew on BEST customer service experience for fast check-out.
• Oversee daily store activities and ensure excellent service.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and stocking on the floor.
• Act as Manager on Duty and handle store operations and staff.
• Open/close responsibilities including cash and security checks.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates.
• Drive sales and manage expenses through merchandising and performance.
• Coordinate with store leadership on merchandising and recovery.
• Perform routine store maintenance and cleanliness duties.
