Job summary

Responsibilities

• Wows customers through personal contact with guests.
• Trains crew on the BETS customer service experience; ensures quick, friendly checkout.
• Oversees daily activities of store associates and ensures effective performance.
• Assists with receiving, unpacking, and stocking of new merchandise for floor placement.
• Acts as Manager on Duty when needed and oversees store operations and staff.
• Manages opening/closing procedures, cash handling, alarms, and daily readiness.
• Supports onboarding and ongoing training of associates.
