Job summary

Five Below in Cleveland is seeking a capable store leader to oversee daily operations, coach crew members, and ensure a WOW customer experience. As Manager on Duty when needed, you’ll handle openings, closings, cash security, and staff coordination to keep the store running smoothly.

We’re looking for a high school graduate with at least one year of management experience, strong communication, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Creative thinking.
• Ability to maintain composure under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Ensure crew members deliver WOW customer service and train on the B.E.S.T. experience.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates and monitor performance.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and stocking to the floor.
• Act as Manager on Duty and handle store operations and staff issues.
• Open/close the store and secure cash, doors, and alarms.
