Job summary

Five Below in Clarksville is seeking a part-time crew leader to deliver exceptional customer service and support daily store operations. You will train associates, assist with receiving and stocking, and help drive sales while maintaining a welcoming, fast checkout experience.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Wows customers through personal contact and friendly service.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates and ensure excellent customer service.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and stocking to keep floor replenished.
• Act as Manager on Duty when needed, handling store operations and staff issues.
• Manage opening/closing procedures including cash, doors, and alarms.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates on policies and procedures.
• Drive store sales and control expenses by optimizing merchandising and staff performance.
• Collaborate with leadership on merchandising and store recovery efforts.
• Perform routine store maintenance and housekeeping.
