Job summary

Five Below in Clarksville, TN is seeking an energetic store supervisor to lead crew, deliver WOW customer service, and uphold the Five Below experience. You’ll train associates, oversee daily store operations, and ensure merchandizing and safety standards are followed.

This hourly role requires flexibility for day/evening/weekends; you will open/close the store, handle cash securely, and contribute to sales growth while supporting a positive, fast-paced team environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Creative thinking.
• Ability to maintain composure under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Ensure crew wows customers with personal contact and training on the BEST service.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates and ensure quality customer service.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and stocking for fast shelf placement.
• Act as Manager on Duty and handle store operations and staff management.
• Open/close store, secure cash, lock doors, set alarms.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates.
• Drive store sales and control expenses through merchandising and service.
• Partner with leadership on merchandising and recovery.
• Perform store maintenance and housekeeping duties.
