Five Below seeks an energetic leader to oversee daily store operations and supervise crew members in delivering outstanding customer service. You will train staff, manage stock, and coordinate opening/closing procedures to ensure smooth daily operations.

This hourly role requires strong communication, multitasking ability, and a focus on delivering a WOW customer experience in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and maintain composure under pressure.

Responsabilités

• Ensures all crew members wow the customer through personal contact.
• Trains the crew on the BEST customer service experience for fast, friendly checkout.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates and ensure excellent service.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking and organizing new stock for quick shelf placement.
• Act as Manager on Duty and manage store operations, staff and customer issues.
• Open or close the store, secure cash, lock doors, set alarms, ensure smooth operations.
