Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience.
• Available to work nights and weekends.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversees a team of Associates at front of store ensuring prompt, courteous customer service and promotion of loyalty programs.
• Leads by example by maintaining a clean and organized store and adhering to store standards.
• Trains and mentors Associates on front-end principles and customer personalisation, promoting loyalty programs.
• Addresses customer concerns promptly, ensuring a positive customer experience.
