Job summary

TJ Maxx, part of The TJX Companies, Inc., is seeking a front-end leadership role to promote an excellent customer experience and supervise Associates at the front of the store. You will lead by example, coach on loyalty programs, and coordinate POS coverage while maintaining a clean, organized store.

The position requires flexible availability, including nights and weekends, and builds on merchandising knowledge and prior retail leadership experience for a dynamic, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Available to work flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
• Strong understanding of merchandising techniques.
• Capable of multi-tasking.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Able to respond to changes in direction or unexpected situations.
• Team player, working effectively with peers and supervisors.
• Able to train others.
• 1 year retail and 6 months of leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Promote an excellent customer experience and supervise front-of-store Associates.
• Lead by example in customer interactions and loyalty program promotion.
• Assign registers, coordinate breaks, and ensure POS coverage.
• Train and mentor Associates on front-end principles and customer personalization.
• Ensure adherence to labor laws, policies, and safety standards.
• Support store goals and communicate priorities to the team.
