Formación

• 1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience

Responsabilidades

• Promote an excellent customer experience and supervise front-of-store Associates.
• Lead by example, engaging with customers and promoting loyalty programs.
• Assign registers and coordinate POS coverage and breaks.
• Address customer concerns promptly and maintain a clean, organized store.
• Support management on training and adherence to labor laws and safety practices.
