Job summary

Marshalls is seeking a front-end leader to promote an excellent customer experience and oversee associates at the front of the store in Toms River, NJ. You will model outstanding service, train staff, and ensure loyalty programs are promoted while maintaining a clean, organized environment.

The role requires strong merchandising knowledge, effective communication, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced retail setting, with a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail experience and at least 6 months in a leadership role.
• Strong merchandising techniques understanding.
• Effective communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to train others and work with a team.
• Flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Creates a positive internal and external customer experience.
• Promotes a culture of honesty and integrity; maintains confidentiality.
• Trains and mentors Associates on front end principles.
• Coaches Associates on personalizing the customer experience while promoting loyalty programs.
• Manages registers, supports POS coverage needs, and coordinates breaks.
