Job summary

Marshalls is seeking a front-of-store leader to promote an exceptional customer experience across the store. You will oversee Associates, manage POS coverage, and mentor team members to uphold loyalty programs, safety, and store standards.

Ideal candidates bring 1 year of retail experience and at least 6 months in a leadership role, plus strong communication, multitasking, and merchandising skills. Flexible schedule including nights and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience.
• Strong merchandising techniques and customer service focus.
• Ability to train others and lead a team at front of store.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities
