Marshalls is seeking a front-end leader to promote an excellent customer experience and guide a team of associates in a fast-paced store environment.

You will train staff on loyalty programs, manage POS coverage, and ensure tasks align with store priorities while maintaining safety and compliance. The role requires strong merchandising knowledge and leadership capabilities with a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail and 6 months of leadership experience
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Able to work flexible schedule, including nights and weekends

Responsibilities

• Create a positive customer experience at the front of the store
• Lead and mentor associates; manage POS coverage and breaks
• Train associates on front-end principles and loyalty programs
• Promote safety, labor compliance, and loss prevention measures
• Collaborate with management to prioritize tasks and communicate updates
