Job summary

Five Below is seeking a Store Manager to lead customer service and daily operations. You will supervise crew, train associates on the BEST service, and act as Manager on Duty to ensure smooth store performance and safety.

This hourly role requires flexibility for day/evening/weekend shifts, lifting up to 25 lbs, and hands-on merchandising. Starting pay is $11.50 per hour, with opportunities to grow within our fast-paced, high-energy environment.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task.

• Ability to maintain composure under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Ensures all crew members are WOWing the Customer through personal contact with customers.
• Trains the crew on the BEST customer service experience; ensuring a fast, friendly check-out.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates and ensure they perform duties effectively.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock for quick placement on the sales floor.
• Act as Manager on Duty, taking responsibility for store operations and staff management.
• Open or close the store as needed, including cash handling and security.
