Job summary

• 1 year retail experience
• 6 months of leadership experience
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Promote excellent customer experience and lead front-of-store team
• Train and mentor Associates on front-end principles
• Assign registers and coordinate breaks; ensure loyalty programs are promoted
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and store policies
• Support shrink reduction and safety initiatives
• Other duties as assigned
