Job summary

Marshalls, part of The TJX Companies, is looking for a Front of Store Leader in Columbus, OH. You will oversee Associates at the front of the store, ensuring prompt, courteous service and active promotion of loyalty programs.

As a role model for outstanding customer service, you will train and mentor Associates, manage registers and POS coverage, respond to customer concerns, and collaborate with management to meet goals while upholding labor laws and company policies.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail and 6 months of leadership experience
• Promotes loyalty programs and customer experience
• Strong merchandising understanding and multi-tasking abilities

Responsibilities

• Creates a positive internal and external customer experience
• Promotes a culture of honesty and integrity; maintains confidentiality
• Trains and mentors Associates on front end principles and loyalty programs
• Assigns registers, supports POS coverage, coordinates breaks
• Addresses customer concerns promptly to ensure a positive experience
• Ensures adherence to labor laws, policies, and procedures
• Promotes safety and coordinates with management on priorities
