Responsibilities

• Support the total OMNI customer experience in-store with visual and commercial curation.
• Promote the H&M brand positively during customer interactions and lead the team to meet sales goals.
• Identify commercial opportunities and act on them with the Department Manager.
• Ensure customer service, fitting room, and checkout routines are performed correctly.
• Lead and develop the store team and collaborate with Visual Merchandiser for plans and execution.
