The role includes driving omni customer experience, product knowledge, team development, and maintaining store operations, including opening/closing and adherence to routines.

• Support omni customer experience and store visuals per global guidelines.

• Lead and develop the store team; plan, communicate, and coach daily/weekly.
• Maintain clean, organized sales floor and back-of-house; manage stock and BOH areas.
• Oversee opening/closing duties and ensure compliance with procedures.
