Job summary

Responsibilities

• Support omni customer experience in the store, ensuring visual and commercial presentation according to global guidelines.
• Promote and represent the H&M brand positively during customer interactions.
• Identify commercial opportunities and act on them with the Department Manager.
• Ensure customer service in all areas, drive loyalty app usage and in-store sustainability initiatives.
• Manage fitting room and checkout routines, and complete admin routines for people and operations.
• Open and close the store daily and maintain stock levels and BOH areas.
