• Database systems

• Professional Verbal and Written/E-mail Communication Skills
• Ability to Read Complex Documents

Responsibilities

• Respond to customers’ requests the same day via email or phone
• Manage order acknowledgments and expedite requests from customers
• Provide shipping information and handle order modifications
• Maintain customer base data and return reports as needed
• Provide WOW! customer service and ensure customers become raving fans
