Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience and 6 months leadership experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to train others and lead front-end associates.

Responsibilities

• Promote an excellent customer experience and lead front of store team.
• Manage POS coverage and coordinate breaks for Associates.
• Address customer concerns promptly and ensure a positive experience.
• Ensure adherence to store plan and priorities; report progress to management.
• Promote loyalty programs and safety standards; support shrink reduction.
