The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a Front End Lead at TJ Maxx in Princeton, NJ. The role focuses on delivering an excellent customer experience, leading a team of Associates at the front of the store, and supporting loyalty programs.

You will model service excellence, supervise POS coverage, and train staff to maintain a clean, organized store environment. Ideal candidates have retail experience and leadership exposure, with strong communication skills and the ability to adapt to changing

Qualifications

• Available to work flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
• Strong understanding of merchandising techniques.
• Capable of multi-tasking.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Able to respond appropriately to changes in direction or unexpected situations.
• Team player, working effectively with peers and supervisors.
• Able to train others.
• 1 year retail and 6 months of leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Creates a positive internal and external customer experience
• Promotes a culture of honesty and integrity; maintains confidentiality
• Takes an active role in training and mentoring Associates on front end principles
• Trains and coaches Associates on personalizing the customer experience while promoting loyalty programs
• Assigns registers, supports and responds to POS coverage needs, and coordinates breaks for all Associates
• Addresses customer concerns and issues promptly, ensuring a positive customer experience
