Job summary

You will mentor Associates on cashier duties, cash handling, and policy adherence, while supporting coverage and merchandising standards across the store. Ideal candidates will have strong interpersonal and customer service skills, flexibility to work evenings/weekends, and experience coordinating retail teams.

Qualifications

• High School graduate preferred.
• Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to lift heavy merchandise and assist customers.
• Experience coordinating or supervising in retail is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead frontline to promote a highly-satisfied customer experience and loyalty.
• Train and mentor Associates on front-line cashier procedures and policies.
• Ensure proper cash handling and adherence to labor laws and break policies.
• Assign registers and coordinate breaks for optimal coverage.
• Maintain merchandising standards and frontline cleanliness and safety.
• Support loss prevention and safety initiatives.
