Job summary

TJ Maxx is seeking a front-of-store leader to promote excellent customer service and drive loyalty initiatives in a fast-paced retail environment. You will guide a team of Associates, model strong service, and ensure a clean, welcoming store experience for every customer.

Qualified applicants have at least 1 year of retail and 6 months of leadership experience, with strong merchandising know-how and the ability to multitask in a dynamic setting.

Responsibilities

• Oversees a team of Associates at front of store ensuring prompt, courteous customer service and promotion of loyalty programs.
• Leads by example by engaging with customers and maintaining a clean, organized store.
• Trains and mentors Associates on front-end principles and loyalty programs.
• Assigns registers, supports POS coverage, and coordinates breaks for all Associates.
• Addresses customer concerns promptly to maintain a positive experience.
• Ensures tasks align with store plan and priorities, reporting progress to management.
