Marshalls in Hadley, MA is seeking a front-of-store leader to deliver an excellent customer experience. You will supervise Associates, manage POS coverage, and promote loyalty programs while maintaining a clean, organized store.

You will train teammates, enforce safety and labor policies, and partner with management to hit shrink-reduction goals. This role requires flexibility to work nights and weekends and a strong merchandising and communication skills.

Formación

• 1 year of retail experience and at least 6 months in a leadership role.
• Ability to work flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
• Strong merchandising knowledge and customer-service orientation.

Responsabilidades

• Promote an excellent customer experience and lead front-of-store teams.
• Train and mentor associates on front-end principles.
• Coordinate POS coverage and breaks for associates.
