Job summary

Marshalls in Gilbert, AZ is seeking a store leadership associate to promote an excellent customer experience and to oversee front-of-store operations. You will lead by example, train Associates on front-end principles, and ensure loyalty programs and promotions are effectively executed.

The role requires the ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends, strong merchandising skills, and a team-oriented approach.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience.
• Strong merchandising techniques.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to shifting priorities.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Creates a positive customer experience and leads front-end operations.
• Trains and mentors Associates on front end principles and loyalty programs.
• Assigns registers, coordinates breaks, and ensures POS coverage.
• Addresses customer concerns promptly to maintain satisfaction.
• Promotes safety, labor law compliance, and store programs.
• Other duties as assigned.
