Marshalls is seeking a front-of-store leader to promote an excellent customer experience, supervise Associates, and ensure a clean, organized store. You will actively engage with customers and model outstanding service in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will train staff on front-end principles, support loyalty programs, and help drive safety, compliance with labor laws, and overall store performance. This role requires flexibility for nights and weekends and a collaborative, team-focused

Formación

• 1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience.
• Strong merchandising and customer service skills.
• Ability to train and mentor Associates on front end principles.
