Qualificações

• 1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
• Ability to train others and multi-task effectively.

Responsabilidades

• Promote an excellent customer experience and lead by example at the front of the store.
• Train and mentor Associates on front-end principles and loyalty programs.
• Coordinate POS coverage and breaks; respond to customer concerns promptly.
• Ensure adherence to store policies and labor laws; maintain a safe environment.
