• 1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience required.
• Strong merchandising knowledge and customer service emphasis.
• Excellent communication and organization skills; ability to train others.

Responsibilities

• Oversees a team of associates at front of store to ensure prompt, courteous service and promote loyalty programs.
• Trains and mentors Associates on front end principles and personalizing customer experiences.
• Manages register assignments, POS coverage, and breaks; addresses customer concerns promptly.
• Ensures adherence to store plan, communicates priorities to the team, and provides progress updates.
• Promotes safety, labor policies, and compliance with procedures; supports shrink reduction goals.
