The TJ Maxx team in Vienna, WV is seeking a Front End/Guest Experience Leader to promote outstanding customer service and lead Associates at the front of the store. You will train staff, manage POS coverage, and coordinate tasks to ensure a positive shopping environment.

Ideal candidates bring at least 1 year of retail and 6 months of leadership experience, with strong communication and multitasking abilities to adapt to changing store needs and schedules.

Responsibilities
