Job summary

The TJ Maxx team in Louisville, KY is seeking a front-end leader to drive outstanding customer service. You will oversee a team of Associates, promote loyalty programs, and ensure a clean, efficient store operation.

You’ll train and coach staff, assign registers, manage POS coverage, and address customer concerns promptly while complying with labor laws and company policies. Flexible scheduling is required.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience and at least 6 months in a leadership role.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to train others and work a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities
