TJ Maxx in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a front-end supervisor to lead a team of Associates and deliver an excellent customer experience. You’ll coach staff on loyalty programs, oversee register coverage, and keep the store organized and compliant with policies.

The role requires strong communication, merchandising knowledge, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Flexible schedule including nights/weekends is expected.

Formación

• 1 year of retail experience and 6 months in a leadership role.
• Ability to train Associates and coach on front-end practices.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Promote an excellent customer experience and oversee front-of-store team.
• Train and mentor Associates on front end principles and loyalty programs.
• Assign registers, coordinate breaks, and manage POS coverage.
• Address customer concerns promptly and maintain store standards.
• Ensure adherence to labor laws, policies, and safety practices.
