Job summary

Responsibilities

• Oversees a team of Associates at front of store to ensure prompt, courteous customer service.
• Trains and mentors Associates on front end principles.
• Assigns registers and coordinates breaks for all Associates.
• Addresses customer concerns promptly and helps ensure a positive experience.
• Promotes loyalty and credit programs.
• Ensures compliance with labor laws and store policies.
• Supports shrink reduction initiatives and safety practices.
