The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a front-end leader to drive a superior customer experience at our Bridgewater store. You will supervise Associates, ensure prompt service, and promote loyalty programs while maintaining a clean, organized store environment.

You will train and coach team members, delegate POS coverage, and respond to customer concerns, all while upholding safety and labor policy compliance.

Qualifications

• Responsible for promoting an excellent customer experience.
• Oversees a team of Associates at front of store ensuring prompt, courteous customer service and promotion of loyalty programs.
• Leads by example by engaging and interacting with all customers, and maintaining a clean and organized store.
• Trains and coaches Associates on personalizing the customer experience while promoting loyalty programs.
• Ensures adherence to labor laws, policies, and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assigns registers, supports and responds to POS coverage needs, and coordinates breaks for all Associates.
• Addresses customer concerns and issues promptly, ensuring a positive customer experience
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs
• Supports and participates in store shrink reduction goals and programs
• Promotes safety awareness and maintains a safe environment
