Job summary

Five Below is seeking a store leadership team member to wow customers with friendly service and efficient checkout. You will train crew, drive front-end operations, and help the store exceed customer service goals while maintaining store presentation.

You will manage opening/closing, assist with recruiting and supervising staff, and collaborate with the leadership team on merchandising and recovery efforts to keep the store stocked and inviting.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of management experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multi-task
• Creative thinking
• Ability to maintain composure under pressure

Responsibilities

• Wows customers through personal contact and service.
• Trains crew on BEST customer service; ensures fast, friendly checkout.
• Leads store to achieve customer service score goals.
• Oversees front-end operations and merchandising to meet brand standards.
• Ensures front-end equipment is functioning and staff are trained.
• Handles opening/closing procedures and store cleanliness.
• Performs store manager duties in absence of the manager.
• Recruits, trains, coaches and supervises crew members.
• Reviews corporate communications and responds appropriately.
• Partners with leadership on merchandising procedures and store recovery.
• Maintains stock room and overall store upkeep.
