Job summary

Five Below is hiring a store crew manager in the United States. You will lead front-end operations, train crew on the BEST customer service experience, and work to achieve customer service score goals set by leadership.

Responsibilities include opening/closing, merchandising, recruiting and coaching crew, and ensuring a clean, safe, welcoming store. This is an hourly position with starting pay at $15 per hour.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and think creatively.
• Maintain composure under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Wowing customers through personal contact and service.
• Train crew on the BEST customer service experience.
• Lead store to achieve and maintain customer service goals.
• Oversee front-end operations and merchandising to brand standards.
• Open and close procedures; keep store clean and ready for guests.
• Perform store manager duties in their absence.
• Partner with store manager to recruit, train, and coach crew.
• Coordinate with leadership on merchandising and World Recovery.
• Maintain stock room and perform general store maintenance.
