Job summary

Five Below is hiring for a store leadership role. You will oversee crew performance, ensure fast and friendly checkout, and drive customer service scores. This role requires guiding front-end operations, merchandising to brand standards, and maintaining a clean, greet-ready store daily.

The position emphasizes training, coaching, and supervising staff, plus opening/closing routines and occasional travel as needed. Prior management experience is essential.

Responsibilities

• Open/close procedures, maintain store cleanliness and readiness.
• Perform store manager duties in absence.
• Recruit, train, coach, and supervise crew members.
• Coordinate with leadership on merchandising and operations.
• Carry out store maintenance and stock duties.
