Job summary

Marshalls, part of The TJX Companies, Inc., is hiring a front-of-store leader in Peru, IL. You will guide associates, deliver an excellent customer experience, and promote loyalty programs while maintaining store standards.

The role requires flexibility to work nights and weekends and entails training staff, POS coordination, and ensuring safety and policy adherence. Starting pay ranges from $16.00 to $16.50 per hour.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail and 6 months of leadership experience.
• Strong merchandising knowledge and ability to train others.
• Flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Creates a positive internal and external customer experience.
• Promotes loyalty programs and privacy of customers.
• Trains and mentors Associates on front-end principles.
• Assigns registers, coordinates breaks, and ensures POS coverage.
• Addresses customer concerns promptly and maintains store cleanliness and safety.
