Job summary

TJX Companies, Inc. in Michigan City, IN, is seeking a Front of Store Supervisor to promote an excellent customer experience and lead a team of Associates at the TJ Maxx store.

You will model outstanding service, handle daily store operations, and ensure loyalty programs are promoted while maintaining a clean, organized environment. You will train and coach Associates on front-end principles, manage registers and breaks, respond to customer concerns, and partner with management to drive safety

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Able to train others.
• Flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
• Merchandising knowledge and customer focus.

Responsibilities

• Create a positive in-store experience for customers.
• Lead a team of associates at front of store and manage POS coverage and breaks.
• Promote loyalty programs and ensure policy compliance.
• Train and mentor associates on front-end principles and customer service standards.
• Address customer concerns promptly and maintain a clean, organized store environment.
• Collaborate with management to meet store goals and safety standards.
