Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a Store Supervisor at TJ Maxx in Cranberry Township, PA.

You will lead front-end Associates to deliver outstanding customer service, manage POS coverage, and promote loyalty programs while upholding company policies and a safe, organized store environment. Responsibilities include coaching Associates, handling customer concerns promptly, and partnering with management to meet sales goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or front-end operations is preferred.
• Ability to train and mentor Associates on front-end principles.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Creates a positive internal and external customer experience.
• Promotes a culture of honesty and integrity; maintains confidentiality.
• Trains and mentors Associates on front end principles.
• Trains and coaches Associates on personalizing the customer experience while promoting loyalty programs.
• Assigns registers, supports and responds to POS coverage needs, and coordinates breaks for all Associates.
• Addresses customer concerns and issues promptly, ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Communicates with management and Associates when setting priorities; provides progress updates.
• Partners with Management on Associate training needs to increase effectiveness.
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs.
• Promotes safety awareness and maintains a safe environment.
• Other duties as assigned.
