Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. seeks an enthusiastic store leader to promote an exceptional customer experience at TJ Maxx Store 1529 Manitowoc WI. You will supervise Associates, train on front-end operations, and drive loyalty initiatives while maintaining a clean, organized store environment.

You will engage customers, coach staff, and coordinate POS coverage. A year of retail and at least 6 months of leadership experience are preferred, with flexibility for nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Trains and mentors Associates on front-end principles.
• Promotes loyalty programs and handles POS coverage.

Responsibilities
