Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. in Wisconsin seeks a Store Lead to deliver exceptional customer service and mentor front-end Associates. You’ll help maintain a clean, organized store, promote loyalty programs, and support management in daily operations.

Responsibilities include supervising registers, training staff, addressing customer concerns, and ensuring compliance with labor laws while driving sales and shrink reduction goals. Previous retail leadership experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversees a team of Associates at front of store
• Leads by example to engage with customers and promote loyalty programs
• Assigns registers, coordinates breaks, and ensures POS coverage
• Addresses customer concerns promptly to ensure a positive experience
• Ensures adherence to labor laws, policies, and store procedures
• Partners with Management on Associate training needs to increase effectiveness
• Promotes safety and reduces shrink through proactive programs
