Job summary

Responsibilities

• Promote an excellent customer experience and lead front of store Associates.
• Oversee POS coverage and breaks; ensure staffing as needed.
• Address customer concerns promptly and maintain store plan.
• Communicate priorities to management and Associates; provide updates.
• Support training needs and promote loyalty programs.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
