Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a Store Leader at TJ Maxx in State College to promote an exceptional customer experience and lead front-of-store Associates. You will train and mentor team members, manage registers and POS coverage, and uphold store standards for a positive, efficient shopping environment.

You will ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies while driving loyalty and safety initiatives, contributing to overall store performance.

Responsibilities

• Trains and mentors Associates on front-end best practices and loyalty programs.
• Assigns registers, coordinates POS coverage, and manages breaks for staff.
• Addresses customer concerns promptly and maintains positive experience.
