The TJ Maxx family is seeking a store-facing leader in Uniontown to drive exceptional customer experiences and frontline excellence. You’ll train Associates on front end principles, promote loyalty programs, and help manage POS coverage while upholding store standards.

Formación

• Strong understanding of merchandising techniques.
• Capable of multi-tasking in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Experience in training or leading others is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Creates a positive internal and external customer experience.
• Promotes a culture of honesty and integrity; maintains confidentiality.
• Trains and mentors Associates on front end principles and loyalty programs.
• Assigns registers, coordinates breaks, and supports POS coverage needs.
• Addresses customer concerns promptly to ensure a positive experience.
• Ensures tasks align with store plans and priorities.
• Communicates priorities and progress to management and Associates.
• Supports management on Associate training and safety.
