• Strong understanding of merchandising techniques.
• Capable of multi-tasking in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Experience in training or leading others is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Creates a positive internal and external customer experience.
• Promotes a culture of honesty and integrity; maintains confidentiality.
• Trains and mentors Associates on front end principles and loyalty programs.
• Assigns registers, coordinates breaks, and supports POS coverage needs.
• Addresses customer concerns promptly to ensure a positive experience.
• Ensures tasks align with store plans and priorities.
• Communicates priorities and progress to management and Associates.
• Supports management on Associate training and safety.
