Job summary

Responsibilities

• Oversee a team of Associates at front of store, ensuring courteous customer service and promotion of loyalty programs
• Promote a positive customer experience and maintain a clean, organized store
• Train and mentor Associates on front end principles and personalizing the customer experience
• Assign registers, coordinate breaks, and manage POS coverage needs
• Communicate priorities clearly to management and staff; monitor progress and provide feedback
