Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to train others and mentor Associates
• Capable of multi-tasking in a busy store environment
• Experience with loyalty and credit programs is a plus

Responsibilities

• Promote an excellent customer experience and loyalty programs
• Lead front-of-store team and ensure prompt, courteous service
• Train and mentor Associates on front-end principles
• Manage registers, support POS coverage, and coordinate breaks
• Address customer concerns promptly and maintain store plan
• Communicate priorities with management and staff and provide progress updates
• Promote safety and adherence to labor laws, policies, and procedures
