The TJX Companies, Inc. Marshalls location in Frederick is seeking a front-end supervisor who delivers outstanding customer service and leads a team of Associates. You will train and coach staff, manage registers, and ensure store operations run smoothly while promoting loyalty programs.

You will work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, and contribute to a positive, compliant, and safe shopping environment with strong merchandising skills.

Formación

• 1 year retail experience and at least 6 months in a leadership role.
• Strong merchandising knowledge and customer service focus.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to train associates and adapt to schedule changes.

Responsabilidades

• Promote excellent customer experience and loyalty programs.
• Lead front-end team, assign registers, coordinate breaks and coverage.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and store policies.
• Support management with training and coaching of Associates.
• Maintain a clean, organized store and a safe environment.
