Qualifications

• Strong merchandising techniques knowledge.
• Capable of multi-tasking.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Team player and able to train others.
• 1 year retail and 6 months of leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Promotes an excellent customer experience and loyalty programs.
• Oversees front of store Associates and ensures prompt service.
• Trains and mentors Associates on front end principles and POS coverage.
• Maintains a clean and organized store and safeguards store standards.
• Addresses customer concerns promptly and communicates priorities to management.
